Yes, I am definitely a teacher geek. But I’m also happily married to Mike (for 30+ wonderful years) and we have two amazing children: Maggie (Harvard Law School, Class of 2015, now an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, NY -aka Brooklyn) and William (who is cum laude 2013 Graduate, Regents Scholar & Maddy Institute fellow from UC Merced, now at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, Class of 2017).
I am a very proud wife and mother, a fifth grade teacher at Lincoln Elementary in Manteca Unified, an educational technology professor at Teachers College of San Joaquin, a joyful musician (piano/organ/keyboard/accordion), a geeky tech girl, a certified skipper, a gourmet chef, a Browncoat, a digital photographer, a movie buff, and an overachiever.
